CoinCrypTick is a cryptocurrency analytics platform that provides market data visualization, SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) calculators, correlation analysis, seasonality tools, funding rate dashboards, open interest data, and other analytics features. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

4.2 Paid Plans

• Paid subscriptions (Pro, Premium) provide enhanced features and extended data access.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

• Past performance data (including SIP calculations and historical analysis) does not guarantee future results.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers (including Binance and other exchanges) and may be subject to delays, errors, or interruptions.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from Service downtime or interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinCrypTick and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the data or content
• Any investment or trading decisions made based on the Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoinCrypTick and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
